Tuition Refund Plan (Optional)
Students are enrolled for the full academic year and no adjustment of annual charges can be made by the school for absences, withdrawal, or dismissal unless an additional charge is paid by the parents. In the interest of parents, the Tuition Refund Plan is offered as a means to protect against financial loss in the event of a student’s separation from school. Full details are set forth in the plan’s brochure.

Lunch Fee (per K-8th student, required, July billing) – $600

OTHER FEES
The Enrollment Fee of $250 is payable annually with return of the enrollment contract. Enrollment fees are non-refundable and are not applied to tuition.

An Activity Fee (July billing) is charged to cover milk, school pictures, a Field Day T-shirt, a yearbook for each student and other incidentals. The fees are $100 for Pre-Kindergarten and $150 for Kindergarten, Pre-1st, Elementary and Middle School.

Textbooks for students must be purchased by parents through MBS Direct.

The optional Explorers after-school program fees are listed in the Explorers section. Fees vary according to specific activities and lengths of attendance.

Starting at Kindergarten, a $500 tuition credit is given to parishioners of St. Martin in the Fields Church. To qualify, a parishioner must meet the definitions and standards outlined in the school’s handbook.

ANNUAL FUND
Because tuition does not cover the full cost per child at St. Martin’s, the school’s Annual Fund raises the difference through tax-deductible gifts. Each parent is asked to make every effort to contribute to the Annual Fund to sustain and enhance the quality of St. Martin’s programs.

PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
Tuition fees become a full school year obligation once enrollment contracts are signed and returned to the school. The only exception is where the Tuition Refund Plan is elected and purchased.

If registered students are withdrawn BEFORE JUNE 1, prior to the beginning of the school year, enrollment contracts will be cancelled. The enrollment fee and 10% of the April billing is non-refundable. Withdrawal notification must be made in writing to the Headmaster.

If a student fails to comply with school standards in regard to conduct or academic achievement, the school reserves the right to request the student’s withdrawal and to require immediate and full payment of financial obligations.

Payments must reach the Finance Office no later than the 10th of the month in which they are due to avoid a $35 late payment fee.
A $50 fee will be assessed on any check returned unpaid by the bank.
A $50 administrative fee will be charged for any payment plan changes made after June 1.
